Location without following you
iOS significant-location-change and visit monitoring note which country you are in, not a continuous GPS trail. Manual entry works with location off.
Private by design
No account, no servers, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK. Your trips and totals are stored on your device and deleted with the app.
Photos as memory jog
If you turn it on, Tidemark can read the location and date metadata attached to photos you select from your library and suggest past stays you might have forgotten. That reading happens on your device. Photos are not uploaded or copied out of your library by the app.
Widgets and reminders
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read a small snapshot Tidemark writes to a shared App Group on the device, so they stay fast without any network calls. Local notifications warn you when a limit is approaching. Nothing is scheduled or delivered from a server.
Tidemark Pro
Pro Lifetime is $29.99 as a one-time non-consumable purchase and unlocks the paid features for the Apple ID that bought it.
Pro Annual is $12.99 per year as an auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible Apple IDs. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling during a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends avoids being charged.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm anything, and those figures are the authoritative ones.
