Tidemark counts days per country on your iPhone. It shows the rolling Schengen 90-in-180 counter, a trip planner, 183-day tax-residency counters, US-state day totals, and a PDF report you can share yourself.

Tidemark is published on the App Store by VIIONR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Tidemark is a counter and planner. It is not legal, immigration or tax advice.

Schengen, tax residency and US-state rules have exceptions, transitions and edge cases that the app cannot know about, including but not limited to specific visa categories, day-of-arrival and day-of-departure conventions, and treaty tie-breakers.

Always confirm your position with the official authorities in the countries that apply to you, or with a qualified adviser, before you rely on it.

Location access is optional. If you grant it, Tidemark uses iOS significant-location-change and visit monitoring to note which country you are in. It does not use continuous GPS and does not record a route. Manual entry works with location off.

If you turn on the photo memory-jog, Tidemark reads the location and date metadata attached to photos you select to suggest past stays. The photos themselves are not uploaded or copied out of your library.

You can revoke Location or Photos access at any time in iOS Settings.

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read a snapshot Tidemark writes to a shared App Group on your device. iOS decides when widgets refresh.

Local notifications about approaching limits are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device. There is no server that sends them.

Tidemark uses Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit 2). Two Pro products are available.

Pro Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase for USD 29.99 that unlocks the Pro features for the Apple ID that bought it. It can be restored on any device signed in with that Apple ID.

Pro Annual: an auto-renewing subscription of USD 12.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible Apple IDs.

Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm anything, and those figures are the authoritative ones.

Payment for the Pro Annual subscription is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial period.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you are inside a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the period you are already in.

Restore Purchases is available inside the app if you reinstall or move to a new device.

Apple processes all payments and issues all refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app is licensed to you, not sold. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to your use of the app, and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms sit alongside it.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or remove any notices from it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

Trips, day totals, location events, photo metadata and reports remain on your device and are not transmitted to us. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is processed and by whom.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of iOS. We aim to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of defects.

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for immigration, tax or other regulatory consequences of relying on a day count, or for fines or penalties you incur, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
