What happens if I miss a day?
Ember covers a missed day with a grace day so one slip does not erase your streak. Your saved verses and reading-plan progress are never lost because of a missed day.
How do I change or turn off the daily reminder?
Open Settings in Ember to pick a new reminder time or switch the reminder off. You can also manage Ember's notifications in iOS Settings > Notifications > Ember.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, search for Ember and choose a size. iOS decides when widgets refresh; opening Ember updates it right away.
Why don't I see AI verse explanations?
AI explanations use Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on in iOS Settings. On other devices Ember shows a built-in reflection instead.
Which Bible translation does Ember use?
Ember uses the World English Bible, a modern English translation in the public domain.
Will my streak and saved verses move to a new phone?
Ember stores your data only on your device. If you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or encrypted computer backup, your Ember data comes across with it. If you set up as a new device, it will not.
How do I restore a purchase or get a refund?
Tap Restore Purchases in Ember's Settings while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
