Tomator AI Nutrition Tracker

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of Tomator.

Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tomator AI Nutrition Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using Tomator, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Tomator is published on the App Store by VIIONR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Approtic operates this website and provides product support for Tomator.

If you do not agree, do not use Tomator. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Wellness information, not medical advice

Tomator is a general wellness and nutrition-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional dietary advice.

Calorie, nutrient, health-score, target, and AI-generated estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate. Food preparation, serving size, brands, and image quality can materially change the result. Review entries and verify important information independently.

Do not use Tomator for emergencies or as a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. Consult a professional before changing diet or activity when you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have an eating-disorder history, or need clinical nutrition guidance.

Using Tomator

You may use Tomator for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter, the photos you submit, the choices you make based on results, and the security of your device and Apple Account.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, bypass subscription controls, misuse AI features, or use Tomator in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Features may require a compatible device, internet connection, camera permission, Apple Health permission, or a current version of iOS. You may decline optional permissions, but related features may not work.

AI and nutrition results

AI food recognition and nutrition estimates are probabilistic and may identify a food, ingredient, portion, barcode, calorie value, or macronutrient incorrectly.

You should review and correct results before saving them. You must not rely on Tomator for allergy detection, food-safety decisions, medication dosing, disease management, or any situation where an inaccurate result could cause harm.

Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If enabled, Tomator accesses only categories you approve. You control permissions and may revoke them through iOS Settings or the Health app.

Deleting an entry in Tomator may not automatically delete a copy already written to Apple Health. Review and manage Health records separately in the Health app.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Tomator may offer monthly or yearly Premium subscriptions and may offer a free trial. The exact price, trial length, included features, and billing period are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Tomator does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Any unused part of a trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where permitted.

Ownership

Tomator, including its software, design, branding, text, and other supplied content, is owned by or licensed to its publisher and operators and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Tomator on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate the feature you requested, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Tomator, address security or legal issues, or reflect provider and platform changes. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every region or on every device.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, legal violations, or harm to Tomator or others.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomator is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher, Approtic, and their affiliates and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from use of or inability to use Tomator.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Tomator during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Tomator, App Store requirements, providers, or laws change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
