Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Songify iOS app.
What Songify does
Songify generates songs from text you provide, using AI to write and perform the audio. Output quality varies and is not guaranteed to meet any particular standard.
Songify is published on the App Store by DIGITALSTALK PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Your content and the songs you make
You keep ownership of the text you write. Subject to these terms and your active plan, you may use the songs you generate, including commercially where your plan allows.
You must not use Songify to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights, including generating lyrics or vocals that imitate a real, identifiable artist in a way that misleads people about who made or endorsed the song.
We may suspend access if the app is used in breach of these terms.
Subscriptions and credits
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm any purchase, and those in-app figures are the authoritative ones.
Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
Plan quotas: Plus includes 25 songs per month, Pro includes 100 songs per month, and Studio includes 250 songs per month. Unused monthly songs do not roll over.
One-time credit packs are also available. Credits do not expire and are not refundable except where required by law. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Song generation depends on third-party AI services, so availability is not guaranteed.
We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
Songify is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGITALSTALK PRIVATE LIMITED and Approtic are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
