The text you write is sent to our AI music provider so a song can be produced. We do not store that text on our servers.

Your finished songs are saved on your device, not on our servers.

You can email us at any time to ask what we hold and to have it erased.

Songify is an iPhone and iPad app that turns text you write into an AI-generated song. You choose a genre, a vibe and a voice style, and the app returns an audio track.

Songify is published on the App Store by DIGITALSTALK PRIVATE LIMITED. Approtic operates this website and handles support for the app.

The text you write: this is the required input, because it becomes the lyrics of your song. It is sent to our AI music-generation provider to produce audio. It is not stored on our servers.

Your genre, vibe and voice selections: sent together with your text because they shape the music that comes back.

The generated audio file: saved locally on your device so you can play, keep and share the song. It is not uploaded to us.

App Store purchase receipts: used to validate subscriptions and credit purchases. Apple handles the payment. We receive a transaction record and never see your card details.

Crash logs and basic usage data: provided by Apple through App Store Connect so we can find and fix bugs. These are aggregated or anonymised by Apple.

Support messages: if you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your email address, your message, and any device details or screenshots you attach.

ElevenLabs, our AI music-generation provider, receives your text and style selections in order to produce audio. They act as our processor for that request.

Apple handles all payments, subscription management and crash reporting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Songify does not require an account. There is no sign-up, no password and no profile.

Songify does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework, because it does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Songs and app settings live on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

We do not retain the text of your songs on our servers after the audio has been generated.

Support messages are kept only as long as needed for support, legal, security and business records.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Songify is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us and we will review the request.

We are based in India and our AI provider processes requests outside India. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy when Songify changes or when legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
