Lyrics are not showing for a song.
Lyrix looks up lyrics in the LRCLIB database. Some songs, live versions and instrumentals are not in it yet. Check that you are online, skip to the next track and back, and try again later.
Lyrics are out of sync.
Pause and resume playback to resync. Different releases of the same song can have slightly different timings, so a remaster or live version may drift from the synced lyrics.
Lyrix does not see what I am playing in Apple Music.
Allow access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Media & Apple Music > Lyrix, then reopen Lyrix while music is playing.
How do I connect or disconnect Spotify?
Open Settings in Lyrix and choose Spotify. You sign in on Spotify's page and return to Lyrix. Use the same screen to disconnect, or remove Lyrix from the apps list in your Spotify account settings.
Song recognition does not work.
Allow microphone access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > Lyrix, move closer to the music, and try again in a quieter spot.
How do I cancel Lyrix Pro?
Open iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Lyrix and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore Pro or get a refund?
