Tor Shield: Ad Blocker and Tor Browser: VPN+orNETOnion are provided for lawful personal use. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple account secure.

Tor Shield works through Safari content blocker rules. It does not promise to block every ad or tracker and does not provide system-wide blocking in other apps.

Apple handles payment, eligible trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Prices and any trial terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Tor Shield protection requires a verified active standalone subscription, Tor Duo subscription, or eligible Apple trial. Without verified access, the blocker returns an inactive rule list and protection controls remain locked.

Tor Duo is optional and unlocks eligible premium features in both apps. Sign in with Apple using the same identity in each app is required to share and restore the Tor Duo entitlement across apps. Standalone products remain app-specific.

iOS requires the Tor Shield extension to be enabled in Settings before Safari can use it. Website changes can affect blocking accuracy.

iOS requires approval to add a VPN configuration. Connectivity depends on device settings, network availability, server availability, and third-party network providers.

Do not use the apps to violate law, interfere with services, abuse networks, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access when required to protect users, services, or legal compliance.

The apps are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, access to every site or service, perfect blocking, or compatibility with every network and website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITALSTALK PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the apps.

We may update the apps or these terms as functionality, App Store requirements, and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
