Terms of Use

Tomator VPN provides an encrypted WireGuard connection between your device and a VPN server you choose.

Tomator VPN is published on the App Store by VIIONR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Use Tomator VPN only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to send spam, distribute malware, attack or scan other networks, infringe intellectual property, access content or systems you are not authorised to access, or engage in fraud or other illegal activity.

You are responsible for complying with the laws on VPN use in the country where you are. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is being used for abuse.

The free version shows ads and may limit locations, sessions or speed. Ads are provided by third-party networks as described in the Privacy Policy.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available weekly, monthly or yearly, and Duo plans (monthly or yearly) also include premium access to Tomator's Safari ad blocker app. A free trial may be offered to eligible Apple Accounts. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm anything, and that price is the one you pay.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you are inside a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Apple processes all payments and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Speeds depend on your network, the server you choose and conditions outside our control. Server locations may be added, changed or removed.

A VPN encrypts traffic between your device and our server. It does not make you anonymous, and it does not protect you from websites you choose to visit or information you choose to share.

Tomator VPN is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app and to any in-app purchase or subscription, and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms sit alongside it, and where the two conflict, Apple's EULA prevails to the extent required.

You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or remove any notices from it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

The Privacy Policy explains what Tomator VPN processes and what it does not log.

We may update the app, the service and these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Tomator VPN is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions of the VPN service, or for how you use the internet while connected, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
