Terms of Use
Last updated: October 11, 2026. These terms cover Eject Water (formerly Sonic Clean), its optional Premium plans, sound tools and their limitations. Features and plans depend on the installed version.
What Eject Water does
Eject Water plays user-selectable audio tones through your device speaker. The tones may help move water or loose debris out of a speaker grille, but results depend on your device and how much water or dust got in.
Eject Water is published on the App Store by DIGITALSTALK PRIVATE LIMITED. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
No guarantee, not a repair service
Eject Water does not guarantee that any tone will remove water, dust or debris, and it does not repair hardware. If your device was submerged or is behaving abnormally, switch it off and contact Apple or an authorised service provider.
Do not hold the phone to your ear while a cycle is running, do not play loud tones for long periods near your ears, and stop if you feel any discomfort.
Optional Premium plans
Version 1.1 includes one water-eject cycle per local calendar day, guidance, the sound meter and sound camera without Premium. Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time non-consumable Lifetime purchase, unlock unlimited cycles, extra routines, Manual Tone and Stereo. No trial is offered. Lifetime does not renew.
Lifetime can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases. If you bought Eject Water when it was a paid app, Lifetime is included at no extra cost.
Prices and billing periods are shown in local currency before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel through Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues for the paid period. A device-local 24-hour Lifetime offer begins at the first eligible paywall visit only when its price matches yearly and is below regular Lifetime. Reopening does not reset it; expiry removes the discounted option. The timing is not synchronized across devices.
Payments and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes all payments and refunds, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Licence and Apple's standard EULA
Eject Water is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app and to any in-app purchase or subscription, and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms sit alongside it, and where the two conflict, Apple's EULA prevails to the extent required.
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or remove any notices from it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
Your data
Eject Water does not collect personal data. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what stays on your device.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of iOS. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or defects.
We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
Liability
Eject Water is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for damage to a device that was already affected by water or debris, or for any loss arising from relying on a cleaning cycle, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
