Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and NHANCIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us") for the Sawhorse app for iPhone and iPad. By installing or using Sawhorse you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where these terms are stricter, these terms govern.

What Sawhorse is and is not

Sawhorse is a tool for creating estimates, quotes and invoices. You are responsible for the content of every document you create and send: prices, quantities, tax, deposit amounts, licensing statements, terms and warranties. Sawhorse does not review your documents and is not a party to any contract between you and your customers.

Trade price books, default terms, exclusions and warranty text are editable starting points, not legal, tax or pricing advice. Tax rules, deposit limits, licensing disclosures and consumer-protection requirements vary by state and change over time; confirm them with your licensing board, accountant or attorney. The California deposit warning in the app is a convenience reminder, not legal advice.

Sawhorse is not a payment processor and does not move money. Payments you record in the app are your own bookkeeping entries.

Purchases

"Sawhorse Pro" is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features on your Apple ID for as long as the app is available. The "1-Year Pass" unlocks the same features for 365 days from purchase and does not renew. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.

Your data and your customers' data

Your documents, clients, photos and signatures are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups and for handling your customers' personal information lawfully. You may use Sawhorse for your own business, including commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or resell Sawhorse's price books, templates, artwork or code.

Ownership

Sawhorse, its price books, templates, design and artwork are owned by NHANCIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Documents you create with Sawhorse are yours.

Warranty and liability

Sawhorse is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including any warranty that calculations, templates or default text are accurate, complete or fit for your jurisdiction, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to Sawhorse is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update Sawhorse and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering Sawhorse at any time; purchased features remain available on your device for as long as the app runs on your iOS version.
