1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptide Tracker mobile application ("App") provided by Approtic Solutions Private Limited ("Approtic", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in India. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Peptide Tracker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Peptide Tracker. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using Peptide Tracker, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Approtic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Peptide Tracker for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. Description of Service

Peptide Tracker provides precise peptide reconstitution and dosing made effortless. Features are described in the App and on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.

You agree NOT to: • Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law • Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App • Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure • Create fake reviews or otherwise misrepresent your experience with the App

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for any violation of these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Peptide Tracker and all its content, design, code, logos, and trademarks are owned by Approtic Solutions Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India and internationally. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PEPTIDE TRACKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

APPROTIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Peptide Tracker is a calculation and logging tool for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any peptide protocol. The app does not prescribe, recommend, or endorse any substance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPROTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PEPTIDE TRACKER, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

APPROTIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PEPTIDE TRACKER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Approtic Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Peptide Tracker, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Peptide Tracker at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Peptide Tracker shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Approtic Solutions Private Limited only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for Peptide Tracker. Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims or third-party intellectual property infringement claims relating to Peptide Tracker. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
