Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 28, 2026. These terms govern your use of FieldLedger.

Using FieldLedger

FieldLedger is provided for business invoice creation, customer tracking, and local record management on Android devices.

You are responsible for using FieldLedger lawfully, for the accuracy of the invoice data you enter, and for maintaining the security of your device and accounts.

GST and business use

FieldLedger is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for reviewing invoice accuracy, GST treatment, statutory requirements, and whether the generated invoice format is appropriate for your business and jurisdiction.

Local data and exports

FieldLedger stores core invoice data locally on your device in the current version of the app.

If you export or share PDFs, you are responsible for how those files are sent, stored, and handled after sharing.

No guarantee of uninterrupted operation

FieldLedger is provided as is and as available. Approtic does not guarantee uninterrupted app availability, perfect invoice formatting across every device, or compatibility with every Android configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approtic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of FieldLedger.

This includes, for example, business interruption, lost profits, lost records, invoicing errors, or issues arising from user-entered data.

Changes to the app or terms

We may update FieldLedger or these terms as the product, Play Store requirements, or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
