CiviBuild is provided as a construction planning and productivity utility. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, rates, units, ratios, waste allowances, and other values you enter.

CiviBuild provides approximate planning estimates. It does not provide structural engineering, architectural, surveying, legal, financial, procurement, safety, or code-compliance advice.

Do not rely on CiviBuild as the sole basis for structural design, life-safety decisions, purchasing, bidding, or construction. Verify results against approved drawings, local codes, site conditions, supplier specifications, and a qualified professional.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of important estimates and for protecting access to your device. App data may be lost after device failure, app removal, storage clearing, or backup errors.

You control the recipients and storage locations used when sharing exported PDFs and are responsible for reviewing exports before relying on or distributing them.

The app may show advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you choose to view. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability of an ad or rewarded feature is not guaranteed, and rewards have no cash value unless the app expressly states otherwise.

CiviBuild's software, interface, branding, and original content belong to Approtic or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, distribute malicious modifications, or use Approtic branding in a misleading way.

CiviBuild is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Approtic disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, fitness for a particular project, and compatibility with every device or regional construction practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approtic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of CiviBuild.

This includes material waste, purchasing errors, project delay, lost data, lost profit, site damage, or decisions based on unverified estimates. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest terms will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
